N00b Question: U-P-G-R-A-Y-E-D-D

Anyone else out there blogging on wordpress who can tell me – how the heck do you find out what the cost is to upgrade your storage?  I’d love to post some songs, but to do that, you have to upgrade.  And the upgrade instructions say to find out the cost, go to the tab on your dashboard labelled “upgrade”… but no such tab exists. 

I tried this, but it didn’t work, either.

So, anyone know how you can get wordpress to tell you what it costs to upgrayedd?
