HIVES. HIVES HIVES HIVES.
I thought of you right away. I do not know why I have hives. I know that I do not want them. I suspect a critter bit me and hives all over my body is just a systemic allergic reaction. It’s so very tiresome for evening wear.
Itchity itchity itch. I hope they are just hives and not buboes.
Hives? EEEK! Hope they go away quickly. Mine lasted for 4 miserable DAYS, though I did at least figure out they were caused by an illness rather than an allergy. Good luck – I suggest taking massive doses of Benadryl until they go away – this will also make you sleep through the itchity itchity itch.
THANK YOU so much for the kind words. I still have a nasty hive outbreak, but I have figured out that it is because of a drug allergy (sulfa-containing anti-inflammatory) so obviously I discontinued the medication. Now I have to wait for my body to stop going crazy. The welts just keep popping up like fireworks. It’s day four, and so far, no relief. Next stop: mega-Benadryl.
